Therapy Robots Australia is an information and enquiry service about the PARO therapeutic seal and other therapy robots used in dementia care, hospitals and palliative care. It is run by Yes Right Pty Ltd, ABN 91 664 546 061.
What we do
- Publish plain information on therapy robots available in Australia, what is known about their price and what the research found.
- Take enquiries from specialist dementia care units, aged care providers, hospital wards, palliative care services and hospital foundations.
- Pass each enquiry to a suitable distributor or maker, who quotes you directly.
What we do not do
We are not a retailer, distributor, manufacturer or clinical service. We hold no stock, give no clinical or infection control advice, and do not assess residents or patients. Distributors and makers set their own prices, warranties and terms, and you decide whether to accept a quote. We do not write grant applications.
How the site is funded
This is a commercial lead-generation service. Suppliers may pay us for enquiries or advertising. That does not change the prices or research on this site. Prices come from public listings and research summaries come from published studies, each checked on the date shown. Where a price is not published, we say so and do not estimate it.

The PARO figure comes from an independent Australian aged care robotics directory. Research summaries come from peer-reviewed journals, Australian Government publications and Dementia Support Australia. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
